Taking the leadGlobalization, digital networking, saturation and new priorities have fundamentally changed work life in our society. While the larger part of our parents’ generation still worked for the same employee for decades, many people today not only change companies but also their profession in their pursuit to personal and professional fulfilment. We’re striving for a deeper meaning in our work environment and demand space for creative development. Against this backdrop, the leadership mantra of the 80s and 90s seems horribly out of place. A new paradigm of leadership for the 21st century is needed. But what are the ingredients of a new leadership model? This is just one of the important questions concerning the future of leadership the TEDxBerlinSalon will focus on in the Berlin Congress Center at Alexanderplatz on November 3rd.
